Aaron answered all our questions plus questions that we didn't even know to ask. He was 100% reliable and efficient. He went out of his way to look after us.

I would definitely refer Aaron to everyone and I already have. Aaron goes above and beyond any realtor I've ever worked with. He was always available to answer questions. We really appreciated that he kept us informed of the feedback from people who viewed our house.

I can't think of anything Aaron could do to improve his service as we thought he scored a solid 10 out of 10 on his service.

I called Aaron on a "cold call" but his professionalism, great personality and attention to detail definitely put him at the top of our list of realtors. I would absolutely work with Aaron again. 

1.)   Was Aaron able to answer all your questions efficiently and did he fulfill his promises?

                Yes, Aaron answered all the questions I had very thoroughly, and explained the process from start to finish in detail. His knowledge of all aspects of the real estate market is extensive and impressive. He was dedicated to represent and assist me as my realtor from our very first meeting. He followed through with any promises he made, and did everything possible to get me the best deal.

2.)    Would you refer Aaron to someone close to you so they can receive the level of service he provides?

     Absolutely! I actually referred my daughter and her fiancé to him when they were looking to buy their first home. They knew very little of how it worked, and Aaron was fantastic in guiding them in the purchase of the home they wanted. My daughter was extremely satisfied using Aaron and Flex Realty, and commented on what a positive experience it was.

She passed Aaron’s contact information on to her fiancés sister, who will be looking for a house soon as well.

            I knew I could trust Aaron not only as a realtor, but also as a person.  I was confident he would take care of my daughter’s interests honestly

            and professionally. He was instrumental in helping them start their life together in a beautiful home.

3.)    What is one thing you could suggest Aaron could improve on so that his service keeps improving and excelling?

     Honestly I cannot think of any way he could improve on his service. He has a personality that is friendly, yet business minded. He is respectful, honest and professional.  He is driven to be, above all, the best real estate agent for his clients. I think anyone who used his services would be very happy with the results.

            I picked Aaron to be my realtor because he was referred to me by my brother,

              who also, was very pleased with Aaron’s service.

 Aaron answered all our questions and then some. He provided us vital information and helped us along with way

I found our experience with Aaron was top notch 

The biggest thing that stood out for us was that he addressed me, and not my father or husband when talking about details as I was handling the majority of things. So many other professional men don’t take me serious or only look at, and talk to my husband about financials etc. Aaron didn’t talk down to me and respected me. My husband and I really appreciated it.

Yes , above and beyond . We had very difficult tenants and Aaron handled the situation very professionally.

Yes with out hesitation .

Nothing .  He was well informed , professional and had to negotiate a very difficult sale with extremely negative tenants and absentee landlords in the middle of COVID.  He did a fantastic job.
